Practice the kinds of openings and grounding tools that help men arrive more fully and shift the energy of the group.
- Week 04Gratitude, Check-Ins, and Emotional Honesty
Learn how to help men move from surface-level reporting into real presence and honest participation.
- Week 05Active Listening and Curious Questions
Develop the listening and questioning skills that help men feel heard and see themselves more clearly.
- Week 06Boundaries, Agreements, and Accountability
Learn how to create standards around confidentiality, commitment, participation, and accountability without becoming rigid or controlling.
- Week 07Real Group Dynamics
Work through common leadership challenges such as silence, resistance, overtalking, weak commitment, and emotional spillover.
