Men's Group Leader
Men's Group Leader Training

A modern round table
for men called
to lead

An 8-week leadership formation program for men who want to build and lead a group of their own with confidentiality, commitment, presence, and integrity.

For men who have experienced the power of men's work and feel called to lead it well.

Who This Is For

You have felt the power of the work. Now you feel the pull to lead it.

This is not for men who want to start a casual hangout. It is for men who have sat in a real circle, felt something shift, and now carry a quiet conviction that other men need what they found.

You may have been in a men's group for years. You may have informally hosted something yourself. You may still be in the early stages of that calling. What matters is the call itself.

  • Men who have participated in a men's group and felt its impact
  • Aspiring leaders who want to build something real
  • Informal hosts who want structure, confidence, and support
  • Men serious about leading from service, not performance

What every leader must hold

These are not concepts to memorize. They are standards to embody. Every session, every facilitation decision, and every interaction in the circle runs on these five foundations.

01
Confidentiality

A real men's group begins with trust. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Without confidentiality, men hold back. With it, truth becomes possible.

02
Commitment

The strength of the group depends on men showing up consistently. Growth does not come from occasional inspiration. It comes from returning, week after week, and staying in relationship with the work.

03
Presence

A leader shapes the room before he says a word. Presence means grounded attention, emotional steadiness, and the ability to stay with what is happening without rushing to fix, control, or avoid it.

04
Participation

A strong circle is not built by one man carrying the room. It is built when each man brings honesty, curiosity, and willingness to contribute. Participation is what turns a meeting into a living container.

05
Integrity

What happens in the circle must carry into real life. Leadership is not performance. It is the alignment between what a man says, how he shows up, and how he lives beyond the room.

Leadership is not performance. It is the alignment between what a man says, how he shows up, and how he lives beyond the room.

From the Foundations of the Work

What Men Leave With

Not just knowledge. A real capacity to lead.

  • A clear understanding of what makes a men's group actually work
  • The facilitation skills to hold real presence, not just manage a room
  • A complete group structure ready to launch
  • A personal invitation strategy
  • Confidence in the hard moments: silence, resistance, conflict, grief
  • A peer community of serious men's group leaders
  • A path into the ongoing Leadership Council
Ready to Lead

The work needs serious men behind it.

Applications are open for the founding cohort. Spots are limited. If you feel called to lead, this is where that begins.
