Leading a men's group is a serious responsibility. It asks a man to show up prepared, grounded, and honest week after week for other men. The Leadership Council exists so that work is never done in isolation.
This is a weekly container for men who are actively leading or building toward leading a group of their own. It is where you bring your real questions, your live challenges, and your honest assessment of how the work is going.
The men in this room are peers, not spectators. The standard here is the same as the one you hold for the men you lead.

The Men's Group Leader Training gives you the foundation. The Leadership Council is where that foundation is continuously refined through real lived leadership.
Most men who complete the training enter the Council and stay. Because once you have led a circle and felt what it asks of you, you understand the value of having a room where you can be honest about that experience.
